The Boarding House has become my second home. Living here is especially cosy and comfortable. The rooms, bathrooms, and kitchens are perfectly equipped, with all the necessary amenities. The houseparents are very pleasant and kind, always trying to improve our lives every day. The food in the canteen is very diverse and delicious, with many variations of different cuisines, and people with allergies or intolerances are always taken into account.
Every Thursday, there is an evening event called "Fun Thursday" – thanks to this, we can get closer and learn more about the other students. Every weekend, we also have various outings to popular or cultural places in London, such as museums, theatres, cinemas, and all kinds of attractions. Students can always suggest something new too!
The boarding routine is quite strict, but I think this is a positive aspect because it fosters discipline and teaches us order.
The care from house staff manifests itself in many ways – for example, constant support if you feel unwell or tired.Being a boarding ambassador is a significant role for me, as it's not just a title; you immediately become a positive example and a representative of boarding life. This role teaches you to be creative, punctual, and helps you develop leadership skills.
