With 26 years of experience in education, Samantha has held a range of pastoral leadership roles, leading teams across GCSE, A Level and Safeguarding. Passionate about the student voice, Samantha actively creates opportunities for young people to take the lead and play a meaningful role in the wider life of the College.

Samantha also has extensive experience working with external agencies and professionals to support student wellbeing, ensuring that every student is given the guidance and opportunities they need to reach their full potential.
